(September 22, 2026) – The world of “The Legend of Korra” comes to life at Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) on Friday, Jan. 22, 2027, at 8 p.m., as the Grand Theatre hosts The Legend of Korra in Concert, pairing scenes from the animated series with its score performed live by a symphony orchestra.

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of “The Legend of Korra,” the concert takes audiences on a nearly two-hour journey through all four seasons of the series, with scenes projected on screen while a live orchestra performs the score in sync with the action. Original dialogue and sound effects remain intact, combining the animated story with a live musical performance.
The production features the music of Emmy Award-winning composer Jeremy Zuckerman, whose score blends classical orchestration with jazz, electronic and world music influences. The Legend of Korra in Concert comes from the creators of the international touring production Avatar: The Last Airbender in Concert. Doors open at 7 p.m.
